Tips

• Keep your battery away from excess heat (try to keep below 86 °F or 30 °C). Use the Temperature Alert features to keep track of battery temperature. This in conjunction with good charging habits will help you to get the most out of your battery\'s overall life.
• If you discover that the default 40% and 80% alert settings do not provide adequate usage time between alerts, decrease the Charge Alert % and/or increase the Unplug Alert %. Try these suggested pair of alert percentages: 35%-85%, 40%-90%, 33%-87%, 30%-90%
• To prevent being interrupted during important device usage time, turn off Master Switch to stop recurring alerts. You can now also turn on/off alerts directly from the notification tray by two-finger swiping down on the battery alert notification to reveal action buttons.
• Use the Reminder notifications to notify when alerts have been turned off for a time period. This way you can be reminded to turn alerts back on when they have been turned off earlier.
• Try to set Check Cycle above 5 minutes in Charge Alert Settings Window to limit battery checking and alerts, which may use more battery than necessary.
• Set your Alert Sound to a distinct ringtone that you don\'t use for anything else. This way when the alert sound goes off, you will know it is Battery Alert 40-80 related.
• If you prefer not to be interrupted with the main app window, then set Alert By to Notification. This will alert by notifications appearing in your notification tray.
• Turn on Do Not Disturb switch and specify the From and To times to disable alerts for the specified time range. This will also disable battery checking during the specified time range, which in turn will slightly save more battery life.
• If alerts, notifications, and/or Do Not Disturb settings don\'t seem to function properly, please make sure your device is not set to silent mode and your volume is set to an audible level. If problems persist, toggle all switches and re-apply all settings to re-calibrate the app. Also please make sure battery optimization setting is turned off for this app in Android settings.
